Seven Seas

Had a good time, did see one roach this time. That had never happened before so I killed him and prayed he was a scout or rouge roach on patrol. The new lady at front desk was a doll. So helpful to us several times. Really went out of the way to make our stay nice.

I absolutely LOVE Seven Seas!! My family and I go to Daytona Beach every year and this is where we stay!! It’s always so clean and the beach view and access makes things so easygoing. They come with fully equipped kitchens and everything you need to make this a home away from home. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and always make sure we are taken care of! Matter of fact, I’m on my way there right now for my much needed R&R!!

Honestly had no idea what to expect going into this. Place was picked out by others we were traveling with, so I had nothing to set expectations on. That said, it was a quaint little setup, had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo for a week on the second floor, with an unshared balcony. There was a pool that looked well maintained, and beach access. The inside of the condo was clean and didn't seem to suffer from any mold or mildew issues from the proximity to the ocean. They had daily towel exchange available, and on site, free washers and dryers. I did knock a star because 2 of the 3 washers seemed to have mold building up around the door, they were front load washers. Also the parking was not bad during my stay, but the layout of the parking lot did not seem great for if they were busy and even half full. Finally, there were no signs posted about requiring a mask in the game/laundry room, though I never saw other people in there, and the ladies who worked the towel exchange were masked and did their best to stay distanced while handling that duty. Not really any other situation to be inside with anyone, as each condo had an outside door.

I went for a festival several months ago, the room was relatively clean, expect a little mold on the shower curtains and the rooms are a outdated. The people at the office were nice and helpful. The locations was right on the beach which thats a plus. I had to work one of the days that I have stayed and the wifi was great. I would book again in the future.

i grew up here and my grandma had a timeshare here and my family goes every may and its incredible. I love this place , this place took a huge part in my childhood . beautiful inside and out

Close to everything and very clean! Enjoying our family vacations every year here. Our teenagers look forward to coming here each year. The pool is amazing. The staff is thoughtful and super friendly. The grills by the pool area are perfect to prepare meals. The washer and dryers are helpful to our big family.

One may recall the story of Alice in Wonderland. It depicts a young lady who saw very unusual things: large was small, small was large, and all sorts of distortions were recorded. This is the case with Seven Seas. To be honest, I was initially hesitant about beginning my stay at Seven Seas. There were reviews that were unflattering to say the least. The reality is completely different. We had a very pleasant stay in a clean unit that has provided everything we needed for a terrific visit. The view out our window was a spectacular vista of the ocean, service was top-notch, and the proximity to shops, restaurants, and services was outstanding. I would like to thank the proprietors of Seven Seas for their dedication to making our stay comfortable. I know that there are transitions that are taking place to ensure that the property is up to standard. It is evident that progress is being made on a daily basis. My advice is to weigh what is important veersus having a desire to make unnecessary complaints.. staying positive will enable one to reap the benefits of fun and relaxation!
